TV-Presets guide
How to save, load, and share TV-Presets setups
TV-Presets lets you keep favorite channel and remote setups reusable. Saving and sharing presets is useful when you want the same layout on another device or want to send a setup to someone else.
When presets are useful
- Keeping a sports, news, kids, or family setup ready.
- Moving a setup between devices.
- Sharing a useful preset layout with another TV-Presets user.
- Testing different channel groups without rebuilding your main layout.
Save a preset
Build the channel buttons or remote setup you want, then save it as a preset so you can return to that arrangement later. Use names that describe the purpose, such as "Sports", "Local News", or "Family Room".
Load a preset
Loading a preset restores a saved setup. This is useful when you switch contexts, such as moving from a general remote layout to a sports-focused channel group.
Share a preset
Shared presets are examples, not guaranteed official channel maps. Channel numbers and availability can vary by city, provider, Samsung TV model, source, and region. After importing a shared preset, review the buttons and adjust anything that does not match your setup.
Future preset library
Semore Software plans to support a curated preset library later. The first version will likely accept presets by email for review, then publish approved examples with optional contributor credit.
